Can I rent The Centre for a private or corporate event?

Absolutely, yes! Please visit our CONTACT page for inquiries.

Non-profit, local businesses, and company meetings are welcome and will be quoted at a discounted rate for your event.

Are the Tech labour costs covered in the rental fee?

No, all tech costs are billed separately. All tech labour is provided by Xcite Plus. A quote will be issued once we receive your tech rider and the rental has been confirmed.

Where is The Centre?

We are located at 777 Homer St, across from the iconic Vancouver Public Library, on Homer St. between Robson St. and West Georgia St.

Is there a Box Office?

If you wish to purchase tickets in person, please contact the box office service that is selling tickets specific to the event/performance (CLICK HERE for the upcoming events). Box Office on site opens 1 hour prior to all scheduled events.

Where should I look for upcoming shows at this venue?

All public and ticketed events at the Centre are updated almost daily. CLICK HERE for the upcoming events.

Where do I pick up my will call ticket(s)?

Will call tickets can be picked up from the box office as early as 1 hour prior to the show. It is located just inside the front doors to the left side of the lobby. Please bring your Photo ID with you to verify your identity.

Is there parking?

There is no parking lot on site, however there is meter parking available on the streets and there are parking lots near by:

Is the Centre close to any SkyTrain stations?

The Centre is located between three stations:

  • Granville Station
  • Stadium-Chinatown
  • Yaletown-Roundhouse

There are a variety of restaurants in our neighbourhood.

Where are the washrooms located in the venue?

Level 1 (ground): Men's washroom only
Level 2 (Orchestra): Women's washroom and one gender neutral single washroom
Level 3 (Dress Circle): Men's and women's washrooms
Level 4 (Balcony): Men's and women's washrooms

Is The Centre accessible for people with disabilities?

The Centre is able to accommodate guests with special mobility needs. Please note that there is accessible seating located on all three levels of the theatre and are all in the back row.

Accessible washrooms are on each level.
Elevator access is available for all levels.

Can I bring/use my camera or video camera at the venue?

Cameras and recording devices are not allowed unless authorized by the promoter or producer. Cameras and recording devices may be confiscated by theatre staff for the duration of the show.

Will there be merchandise sold?

We don't know until artists load in. If there is merchandise available, it will be set up on the Level 2 orchestra level on the Homer St side.

Do you have concessions?

There are light snacks, including candy and fresh popcorn available on Level 2 Orchestra and Level 3 Dress Circle bar stations. Concession services are provided by Lavish Liquid (http://www.lavishliquid.com/).

Please note for events where alcoholic beverages are sold, they must remain and/or be consumed in the lobby areas of our venue. There is no alcohol permitted inside the auditorium.

Can I bring my own food and/or drinks inside the venue?

Sorry, no outside food or drinks are permitted inside the Centre.

Can I smoke or vape inside the venue?

No. It is illegal to smoke anything inside the venue. If you are in violation of this policy, you will be immediately escorted out of the building and not allowed back in. You will not receive a ticket refund. Please do not smoke inside our venue. Thank you.

Is there coat check?

No. We do not have coat check services provided at our venue.

Is there an ATM in the venue?

No. The closest ATM is located across the street at Library Square (TD).
